Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Parents
Individuals
When life feels overwhelming, heavy, or you feel stuck in patterns you cannot seem to break, individual therapy offers a place to slow down and breathe. It gives you space to make sense of what you have been carrying, whether that is stress, anxiety, sadness, trauma, grief, or the quiet weight of everyday life. Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, more confident, more resilient, calmer, and more connected to who you truly are again.
Mama Corner
When motherhood feels overwhelming, isolating, or heavier than you expected, Mama Corner offers a space just for you. Being a mom can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life, and also one of the most emotionally exhausting. Here, you do not have to hold it all together on your own. We are here to support you through the stress, the doubt, the burnout, and the quiet struggles, so you can feel seen, supported, and more like yourself again.
Couples
When your relationship feels strained, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns, couples therapy gives you a space to slow down and truly hear one another again. It helps you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface of the conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen your emotional connection. Through deeper understanding and guided support, you can repair what has been hurt, grow together, and begin to feel close and secure in your relationship again.
Infertility
When you are facing infertility, the grief, frustration, and emotional whiplash can feel overwhelming and deeply isolating. The constant waiting, the unanswered questions, and the loss of what you hoped for can take a heavy toll on your heart and your relationship. You do not have to carry this alone. We specialize in supporting individuals and couples through the emotional weight of the infertility journey, offering a compassionate space to process the pain, the uncertainty, and the hope that still exists.
Parents
When parenting feels overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally draining, parent therapy offers a place to slow down, feel supported, and make sense of what you and your child are experiencing. It helps you build understanding, patience, and confidence as you navigate challenges, strengthen your relationship with your child, and create a healthier, more connected family environment.
Neurodivergence
When neurodivergence is part of your life, whether it is you, your partner, your child, or your whole family, it can feel overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting at times. You may be trying to balance understanding, patience, advocacy, school challenges, sensory needs, and emotional burnout all at once. It is a lot to carry. We offer a supportive space where you do not have to explain or justify your experience, where you can feel understood, learn practical tools, and feel more confident navigating life with ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and beyond.

How Therapy
Helps
When your relationship feels distant or broken
When your connection with your partner feels tense, disconnected, or stuck in the same painful cycles, it can feel exhausting and lonely. Communication becomes strained, intimacy feels off, parenting feels overwhelming, or trust has been hurt by betrayal or emotional wounds. You may love each other deeply and still feel lost about how to find your way back. Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow things down, uncover the root of what is happening beneath the surface, and begin the process of healing and rebuilding your connection together.
When your child is struggling, and you feel helpless
When your child is anxious, depressed, acting out, withdrawing, struggling at school, or making choices that scare you, it can feel terrifying as a parent. You may feel confused, overwhelmed, guilty, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next. You might sense that something is wrong,g but cannot quite name it. Parent therapy gives you a place to talk openly, feel supported, and receive research-based guidance to better understand your child and respond with confidence and care.
When you no longer feel like yourself
When life feels heavy, joy feels distant, and anxiety, numbness, or hopelessness take over, it can feel isolating and exhausting. You might be coping in ways that do not feel good anymore, struggling with past trauma, grief, stress, or a major life transition. You may feel stuck in patterns you do not understand or cannot seem to break. Individual therapy provides a space just for you to process what you have been carrying, heal old wounds, reduce stress, and make sense of the everyday weight that life can bring.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about the therapy and Rekindle
How Much Does Therapy Cost?
We are currently in network with most insurance companies. We also have private pay clients. Out-of-pocket costs range from $120 to $200.
What does the process look like?
When you reach out by phone or email, our first goal is simply to listen and understand what has brought you here and how we can best support you. Once we have a sense of your needs, we will gather some basic information to verify your insurance and get you set up in our system. From there, we will thoughtfully match you with a therapist, schedule your first appointment, and send your intake paperwork. Your therapist will then reach out personally to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have before your first session.
Why choose the Rekindle?
At Rekindle, our therapists are unique because of the wide range of backgrounds, life experiences, and perspectives we bring into our work. This diversity allows us to truly understand our clients and meet them with empathy, insight, and care. We also have advanced training in multiple evidence-based therapy approaches, which allows us to offer specialized support in areas such as couples therapy, trauma recovery, postpartum care, substance use, affair recovery, and more. No matter what brings you to therapy, you can trust that you will be supported by a skilled and compassionate professional who truly understands your journey.
Who might be the best therapist for me?
Rekindle therapists are trained very similarly, but have different areas of interest and expertise. For example, Nicole loves working with couples and individuals around communication issues and childhood traumas that get in the way of connection. Marie also loves working with couples and helping with communication, but she has a passion for working with couples around infertility, family planning, and post-partum.
