Bridging the Gap Between You and Your Partner
Communication is the foundation of every strong relationship, yet it’s often where couples struggle the most. You may feel unheard, misunderstood, or stuck in the same painful patterns—turning simple conversations into conflicts or leaving important things unsaid. I’m here to help you and your partner break that cycle.
My approach to therapy is honest and collaborative. I’ll meet you both where you are, helping you understand each other’s perspectives and uncover the deeper emotions driving your conflicts. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your communication, rebuild trust, and create a relationship where both of you feel seen, heard, and valued.
With nearly 20 years in integrative healthcare, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal on a deeper level—mind, body, and emotions. Now, as a clinical mental health counselor, I bring this holistic perspective into the therapy room. Whether you’re struggling with recurring arguments, emotional disconnection, or major life transitions, I’ll help you and your partner develop the tools to navigate challenges in a way that strengthens your bond rather than erodes it.
If you’re ready to move past frustration and toward deeper understanding, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s work together to break unhealthy patterns and create a relationship built on connection, clarity, and mutual support.
In addition, I have extensive experience in women’s health, fertility, and the emotional complexities that come with reproductive challenges. Infertility, pregnancy loss, and the strain of family planning can put immense pressure on a relationship. I understand how these struggles impact both partners and the unspoken grief, frustration, and isolation that often follow. If your relationship is being tested by these challenges, I offer a space where you can process the emotions, communicate your needs, and find a way forward together with greater understanding and resilience.
As for my background, my path started nearly 20 years ago when I discovered how integrative healthcare could transform physical and emotional well-being. For the past 17 years, I’ve worked in complementary healthcare, specializing in women’s health and fertility. My background includes earning a BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of San Diego. I am certified in functional medicine, a licensed acupuncturist in Colorado, and board-certified in acupuncture and Oriental medicine.
